4. Free Initial Consultation and Service Fees

Found Academic offers an initial consultation free of charge.

Where applicable, professional consultancy fees may apply to additional services.

For most university application and educational consultancy services, Found Academic's service fees range from USD 0 to USD 1,500, depending on the nature and scope of support required. Specialised and premium programmes are priced separately, and all applicable fees will be disclosed in writing before the client makes any commitment.

Before a client makes a service commitment, we will provide written information outlining the proposed services and applicable consultancy fees.

Where a paid engagement is agreed, payment conditions, service deliverables, and other commercial terms will be specified in the relevant written proposal or service agreement.

Any additional university tuition fees, application charges, visa fees, accommodation costs, insurance expenses, or third-party costs are separate from Found Academic's consultancy fees unless explicitly included in a written agreement.

Clients should review all applicable charges and contractual conditions before proceeding.

Payment schedules, cancellation conditions, and any applicable refund arrangements will be clearly specified in the relevant written quotation or service agreement before the client confirms a paid engagement. Any refunds will be handled in accordance with the agreed terms and applicable consumer protection laws.

5. No Guarantee of Admission, Scholarships or Visas

Found Academic aims to provide responsible guidance and support throughout the educational application process.

However, we do not guarantee:

Visa and immigration decisions remain under the authority of the relevant government agencies.
